eScraper software Support and Update Services

With the Support and Update Service you get access to the installation package, including the latest version of eScraper application as well as technical support for the product. After purchasing eScraper license you have 3 or 12 months support and update service for free (see order page for details). When this period expires, you need to order Support and Update service to extend it.

After the purchase of the Support and Update Service you will receive the Update service license key (via e-mail) that you would need to apply to your eScraper license key(s). Follow 2 steps below to get eScraper installation package.

Note! With the Update Service you get a subscription for recurring updates of eScraper. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

According to our policy, discounts and/or coupons cannot be applied to the Support and Update services. Update Service does not allow extending the period of validity of the Trial License. The Trial License is time-limited and can not be extended in any way.

Step 2 - Apply Support and Update Service Key to Your Existing License

After purchasing Support and Update Service you will receive a license key which you need to apply to your existing license. If the Support and update service is ordered using the same email as your eScraper software license, the service will be applied automatically.

In case you have placed using a different email, please contact support using contact@e-scraper.com and provide an order confirmation email for your Support and Update service and the Primary license key so we could apply the key for you.

Once applied, you will be able to download eScraper software right from the application (find download button in the application).
